Travel Insurance: It is mandatory to purchase at a very reasonable rate as US insurance is not accepted in South Africa. We will provide a list of carriers.

Immunizations: There are no recommended shots or medications though you should speak with your doctor and make sure your tetanus and other normal immunizations are up to date. We will be traveling to the jungle for our safari. Malaria tablets are recommended during the summer months but we will be there in the heart of winter. I have been there many times and I will personally not be taking them and I never have as during the winter there - just as in Florida - you will see no mosquitoes or bugs.

Climate: We will be there in the heart of winter. The average temperatures will range from a low of the upper 40's to a high of 70. You should bring warm clothes.

Visa: No special arrangements needed. You will receive your Visa in South Africa. Your passport must be valid with space for entry and exit visa.

Trip will be completely escorted by 88.1 The Promise president, Calvin Grabau. During 8 hour layover in London, you are welcome take train to London for sight seeing during the day.
